Shipping and Returns
Return Policy
If you receive a watch that is damaged in transit, please email daydreamer@ADDsWatches.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and send pictures of both the watch and its packaging. For all other returns, excluding those covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the merchandise must be in the original packaging and be completed within 30 days. It must also be in new condition, without any signs of damage or wear, including but not limited to:

-No damage or scratches on the band, case, or crystal
-No stains, discoloring, or wear on the band
-No alterations to the watch or packaging

Upon receiving the return, provided that it meets the criteria, you will receive a refund minus a 30% restocking fee and shipping costs. Apologies for the restrictions, but ADDW is a newborn business, not a billion dollar online superstore.

Shipping Policy
Shipments go out on weekdays within two to three days of the order being placed, and the standard times are listed below. Additionally, at this time, we cannot offer free shipping. As a startup business, if we were to offer free shipping, we'd have to build that in to our prices by raising them. Not only would that be less transparent, but it would also be unfair because we'd have to raise them enough to cover the cost of shipping across the US, and not all shipments require that much postage. This way, you only pay for what your shipping costs, you're not potentially covering someone else's shipping costs.

USPS Domestic Shipping
First Class Package; 1-3 business days not counting the day it is shipped. Available for packages less than 1 pound only, which includes orders of one watch. Tracking provided. Transit time is not guaranteed.
Priority Mail; 1-3 business days not counting the day it is shipped. Tracking provided. Transit time is not guaranteed.
USPS International Shipping​
First-Class Package International Service; 7-30 business days not counting the day it is shipped. Available for packages less than 4 pounds only. Tracking is provided. Transit time is not guaranteed.
Priority Mail International Service; 6-10 business days not counting the day it is shipped. Tracking is provided. Transit time is not guaranteed.
VAT (value added tax), custom duty, and shipping tax fees vary depending on country of delivery; fees​ are calculated and collected by the destination countries postal or customs authorities prior to delivery. A DayDreamer's Watches, LLC does not have the ability or authority to calculate and collect these fees at the time of purchase.
